  ID GIVE THIS PLACE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD. Ive been coming to AWH for at least 8 years, I loved them when they were in Medical City. But they moved, and staffing changed. Traffic around this area is horrible, despite leaving with an extra 15 minutes to spare based on my GPS there is absolutely no parking out front because it is a very busy area nor any clear direction as to where the garage is, I never found it, there are several, and very confusing to figure out which one belongs to which building, i also ended up getting stuck behind several elderly people who were just as lost as me and after nearly missing my appointment which I had to make 3 months ahead of time, I panicked and parked 1 block down and ran to my appointment arriving 1 minute before I needed to be there, because if you arrive late your appointment is immediately cancelled. Now I feel bad I didn't get there early as planned I flew through the paperwork and waited, i did expect a person or two who arrived after me to be seen before me since I was late turning in paperwork. Almost an hour later I'm still waiting, and over 5 families have come in and left and I'm panicking because I ended up having to park somewhere I'm not supposed to and it had a 2 hour limit. I finally lost my patience and got up to ask when it would be my turn when yet another couple came in, lady was worried about being late, the gentleman told her not to worry because they knew them and they'd be seen immediately. Sure enough they were seen immediately. After I got up I was seen immediately, which I don't believe was a coincidence, they wanted the angry lady out of their office. Once I was back there i noticed staff being super chatty with the other people who checked in after me and were seen before me. Favoritism obviously runs deep in this office. I ended up crying the entire appointment because they've become another office I hate going to. Don't expect anything special from this place. It's not at all what it used to be.

  One star. Not even deserved. Their staff is so unaccommodating. I think the doctors are great, but anytime you have to deal with the staff, they just don't care what you're going through. I scheduled my appt. and had to wait 3 months for this appointment. When the time came to come in, I had to park in a parking garage that needed a code to get in. I called the office to obtain the code and I waited over 12 minutes on hold. By the time I went up the elevator and into their office, I was to late to be seen. The front desk person let me know that I would need to reschedule until NOVEMBER. Three more months? Glad I didn't have any issues going on down there... Go somewhere else, people or get new staff. Pain in the neck.
