  The ONLY reason this is not a one-star rating is because of one employee, Priscilla, who genuinely tries to help you out and give the best service possible. Unfortunately she's the only honest person in an office full of thieves, who take your money and do nothing for you. I could never get a straight answer out of them for any billing questions, policy questions, etc. My bill fluctuated every month, policies were cancelled that I never requested cancelled, they screwed up my auto pay for at least three months (which I still cannot fathom), and they did not notify you about issues with the account, most of which were caused by their errors, in a timely manner. Or at all in some instances. When someone rear ended me I had NO help whatsoever in getting my bumper taken care of. In fact another woman in the office told me to fix it out of pocket because my plan was going to go through the roof and tried to scare me out of making a claim (since they wouldn't work at ALL to get the other girl's insurance to pay for it). I ended up having to pay my deductible to get it fixed. When I moved to a different part of Texas it took them THREE MONTHS to send my information to my new agent. And they didn't send my auto pay information, so now I'm stuck with a $300 bill. Moral of the story is that this agency screwed me over in every way possible. DO NOT trust any of your property with these crooks.
