  I bought E and O insurance from this company in 2013. I was new to the business and had a lot of questions at the time. Anytime I called in to talk to them I would get transferred to the agent Mike. He was very condescending and rude each time I spoke with him. He would over talk me and not give me the opportunity to complete my statements. Therefore, he could not truly understand the reasons for my calls. I left him at renewal after my first year in business and went to another company where I have been ever since. It is renewal time again and my current company is always searching for me a better deal on premiums. Since I have always been claims free my current agent asked me to get a "claims free statement" for the year I was with IBD. When I called in I was once again transferred to Mike and once again he over talked me and made it very difficult for me to get a word in. He stated that because he was no longer my agent he could not do that. This is not true at all, because it is just like a letter of experience and he can make a statement showing that I had no claims while I was with him. As I continued to try and clarify for him what I needed he continued to over talk me while raising his voice and being rude. I saw that this was going no where so I explained to him that his condescending and rude communication is exactly why I left his company and I ended the call. If you are looking for E and O coverage please know that this is not the place you want to go if you need any type of help. There are many other agents who will treat you with respect while earning your business.
