- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪PLEASE READ! They will only replace "cash value" which literally means they will go find the cheapest "like" vehicle on the market and then make deductions on already the cheapest priced vehicle available to replace your vehicle and that's what they pay. Once you settle on a ridiculously low amount, it takes them forever to pay. Accident happened on June 8th 2017. Safeway sent a letter of guarantee, saying they would pay the claim on June 26th 2017.
