- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I would love to give five stars but... Don't get me wrong, my doctor is awesome. She is real, she is caring, she is overall great, couldn't ask for better (Dr. Ighani). However, my problem lies with the prescriptions. I don't know if someone is just not doing their job in this particular field or what but I have had to call up and remind the practice to send my prescriptions to the pharmacy multiple times. It was not a problem at first, but then it happened more and more often. I changed pharmacies for more than one reason and still have the same problem. I have checked more than once within a couple weeks and they still said the request for the prescription had to be resent because there was no response (loosely quoted) and I was lucky to get fillers or whatever they're called. That is my only problem, however. Other than that, keep being cool, Dr. I, we have no problems whatsoever.April 22, 2017by Charisma Y.
