- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This office staff is rude and unprofessional. My doctor's office faxed my referral to their office several different times and each time I called in to confirm, they would reply they hadn't received it. I asked the receptionist to call my doctor's office to confirm whether or not they had the correct fax and she told me to call them (my doctor's office). A few minutes later, she called back to advise they had, in fact received the document and once my insurance was verified and confirmed they would call me back to schedule an appointment. I did not receive a call from the office for two weeks. I know it doesn't take that long to verify insurance. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!!!!February 15, 2017by Candice Williams
