- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This doctor is neglectful of certain things and parents concerns. He is also very rough with babies. My son had MRSA when he was a newborn and I expressed my concerns of my son consistently itching when his diaper was taken off and Dr. Weiss insisted he was a boy and it was normal for boys to grab their privates.
