  The staff at this office is terrible, I got to my appointment on time and was not seen for another hour and a half because the staff did not realize I was a new patient. Dr. Genecov was fine during the consult, but that's about it. The office manager JULIE contacted me a couple weeks later to advise me that my surgery had been denied by insurance, and when I contacted my insurance they stated my options for an appeal. I relayed those to Dr. Genecovs' office, in which they were of zero help. Their office called me many times, each time speaking with someone else and I was given different information every call. I finally spoke with JULIE (the "office manager"), and she was so RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and DEMEANING when I tried to explain to her what my insurance company said. Julie kept cutting me off as I spoke, told me I needed to 'listen to her', and to 'stop calling around'. This is by far the WORST customer service I have ever received, and especially from a so called "office manager" and "professional institution". They also sent me a bill for over $200 for seeing the Dr. for literally less than 5 MINUTES, and getting absolutely nothing done. When I called their office the so called "insurance specialist" tried to convince me to pay a remaining balance after it was billed to my insurance as a 45+ minute consultation, and my statement said something else. This office has an illiterate, rude, and idiotic staff who should not be working in a professional setting. I would NOT recommend this doctor to anyone. I have also filed a claim with my insurance against this clinic for healthcare fraud.
