- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've been filling my prescriptions at Kroger since I've been n the state of TX. I've now been here 9 years, and I must say that the Kroger at 3939 Frankford Rd is by far the WORST! I'm not sure if the staff now is new, but they're new to me. The customer service was HORRIBLE! I'm a nurse, so I do understand that there r certain things u have to doing when filling narcotics but I'm a cancer survivor and on pain management for spinal issues. After being sent back the first day with an unfilled rx, the next day my 45min wait took 2hrs and the ppl were sooooo rude. They made it seem as though I was a drug seeker or trying to get my meds fraudulently. I will NEVER return to this pharmacy! Closer isn't always better.
